Release Notes – Hit-Online | July 2025

Automatic update deployed on 01/07/2025

Every month, we improve Hit-Online to make it even more intuitive, powerful, and aligned with real-world construction needs.
Here are the new features available since the July 1st, 2025 update, grouped by functional module.
This version includes updates to planning, pricing requests, forms, and document management.

New Features

Planning Module

  • Display construction site weather
The planning module can now show daily weather forecasts to help you better schedule outdoor tasks and anticipate delays.

Make sure to enter the site address and GPS coordinates in your project details.

Weather forecast

  • Plan site positions by day
You can now display daily task locations in the schedule. These positions are then suggested automatically when filling out forms.

To enable this feature, activate position management in the general settings, then click “Specify positions” in your planning.

Purchasing Module

  • Auto-send RFQs with custom message
When sending a Request for Quotation (RFQ) by email, you can now add a custom message in the email body.

The message will be sent to the email address specified in the supplier’s “Communication” panel.

  • Auto-receive prices via supplier file
The PDF generated by Hit-Online now includes a QR code that allows you to:

    • Automatically sort the file into the correct folder
    • Fill in price fields without manual input if the PDF is filled out

Saves time and improves document traceability.

Project Module

  • Log hours to specific project positions
A new setting lets you assign worker/machine hours directly to a specific project location.

This improves accuracy in profitability tracking.
    Available in:

    • Personal planning
    • “Personnel – Activity Entry” tab
    • Standard forms (reload in form settings if already in use)

A video tutorial is available in the online help section.

Forms Module

  • Link between planning and standard forms
The “Fill from planning” button now pre-fills human/machine activity sections in standard forms.

Hit-Online uses the date and project ID to link the data.
You only need to enter the working hours!

Quality Module

  • Improved notifications
Notifications for quality forms or comments are now visible in the interface and sent by email.

    Better awareness = faster reactions.

Some print jobs are now handled in the background, keeping the interface responsive.

Example: start a large print job without freezing the rest of the app.

Feature Focus: Standard vs. Customizable Forms

What’s the difference?

  • Standard Form:
Automatically injects project costs or worker data at submission.
Includes typical fields for activity logging.

  • Customizable Form:
Created by you in the “Form Definitions” section based on your specific needs (e.g. site visit, safety report, time-off request).
Can be restricted to specific user profiles and auto-emailed upon validation.

Best practice?

  • Use standard forms for routine, repeatable tasks (e.g. daily report, time tracking).
  • Use customizable forms for job-specific or variable needs.
