This August, Hit-Online introduces a major update to make it even easier to manage your construction business daily. These new features are designed to save you time, streamline operations, and help you centralize your data more effectively in one single platform.
Major improvements include updates to scheduling, offer management, form input, and overall usability. These updates have been available since August 1, 2025, and are presented below by functional module.
General – Smoother data management
You can now import tags automatically from Excel to classify clients, projects, or other entities easily—saving you time and avoiding repetitive manual input.
Just go to Configuration > Tags.
Automatic numbering now applies to all your entities—projects, partners, and more. Each new entity is automatically assigned a unique number.
Activate this in Configuration > General Preferences.
Hit-Office sync is now more flexible: you can manually create folders in read-only mode in Hit-Online, without creating conflicts with Hit-Office—great for interdepartmental collaboration.
List management is easier with the new copy-paste feature for moving multiple items at once—especially helpful for long lists.
Select the items, then click the Update button at the bottom of the screen to apply changes.
You can also perform bulk edits on several fields across multiple items, saving time on repetitive updates.
Planning Module – Save time from the start
The planning module now lets you generate a form in a single click—auto-filled based on context so you can head to the field faster.
The search feature includes project planning history directly from the schedule—making it easier to find and track projects.
Forms Module – Start & Stop for precise time tracking
A new Start/Stop component has been added to forms. It lets you start or stop an activity in real time, with no need for manual entry. Data is injected automatically into tracking records—ensuring accurate time logs.
Projects Module – More precise quoting
Offers now benefit from detailed line-item calculations. The first version of this performance calculator is available in the resource library and can be imported directly into quote lines.
To enable it, check the Composed Price option and activate composition management in the resources module.
You can now send offers automatically by email from within Hit-Online, with personalized messages—improving both speed and client communication.
Actions Module – Workflow transparency
You can now add an explanation when closing an action—helping track why it was stopped or not completed, improving task monitoring and internal communication.
Transactions Module – Connected invoicing, ready for accounting
Finally, invoicing has improved with enhanced Peppol integration. Purchase invoices can be automatically assigned to accounting accounts—either globally or per line. These are injected into Hit-Office without re-entry, reducing errors and saving time.
