Boost your productivity with the latest Hit-Online features

Hit-Online continues to evolve with concrete, targeted improvements designed to meet the daily needs of construction professionals. This September 2025 update focuses on customization, mobile communication, and automation of repetitive tasks. All these new features are available immediately after the latest update so you can start benefiting from them right away in your daily operations.

General – Customization and time-saving

You can now select items across multiple pages and edit them in a single operation. This is particularly useful for quick updates when working with large databases. In just a few clicks, you can harmonize or correct a large volume of information without navigating page by page.

Notification management has also been improved. A new button allows you to delete all notifications at once, meaning fewer clicks, a cleaner notifications box, and a clearer view of your priorities.

List displays are now more flexible. Each user can choose the order of columns to display in lists such as customers, projects, or invoices. This customization lets you organize your data in the way that best suits your workflow.

Simply click the “Settings” button on the relevant screen, then drag the columns as you wish.

Another major improvement is the integrated automatic translation powered by DeepL. With one click, you can translate your texts into all the languages configured in Hit-Online, including French, English, Dutch, and German. This tool is especially valuable for companies operating in multilingual environments, as it makes communication with on-site teams easier, regardless of their language or location.

Do your employees speak another language, such as Portuguese or Polish? They can easily write their report in their native language, then have it translated into your company’s language. Don’t let language barriers affect the quality of your work!

Mobile communication – Real-time notifications

Communication with your teams is now even smoother thanks to notifications that now appear directly as pop-ups on your smartphone or tablet. This ensures instant information delivery wherever you are and increases your teams’ responsiveness on-site.

Layout & printing – More customization

You can now set your default printing preferences directly in the Configuration → Layout module. This option simplifies the management of your standard documents, whether they are quotes, reports, or invoices. It saves time on every print and ensures consistent visual quality.

Planning module – Enhanced organization

The Planning module now lets you assign specific roles to each staff member, such as bricklayer, site manager, or electrician. Once these roles are defined in the configuration module and linked to employee profiles, you can filter the planning view by role. This makes planning clearer and more adapted to each project’s needs.

Searching for projects and assignments is now more intuitive, and you can duplicate an assignment to multiple people, greatly speeding up planning. In just a few steps, you can assign the same task to multiple participants without re-entering everything.

Forms module – Time tracking and enhanced security

To meet the needs of social secretariats, a new monthly hours report per person is available. This tool simplifies administrative follow-up and ensures that accurate, complete data is provided to your HR partners.

You can access it from the Personnel module by selecting the relevant person(s), clicking “Print” and choosing “Monthly report.”

To ensure document traceability, photos in a submitted form can no longer be deleted. This prevents any loss or alteration of visual data.

Transactions module – Automatic attachment of documents to e-invoices

E-invoicing is now even more practical. You can attach documents such as PDFs, JPG or PNG images, and Excel or CSV files directly to your e-invoices. These attachments are automatically integrated into the Peppol XML file, ready to be sent and archived in compliance with current standards. This centralizes all necessary information, simplifying administrative processing for clients and partners.

Getting started – Automatic configuration

When creating a new account, a company template is now automatically preloaded with default text blocks, applicable VAT rates, accounting journals, and payment terms. This time-saver allows you to get started quickly without going through a lengthy manual setup.

Feature spotlight – Save time with the Planning & Forms combo

The Hit-Online Planning module is designed as a practical tool for construction companies. It helps you not only organize assignments efficiently and visualize available resources but also anticipate unforeseen events. The dual view by project and person, combined with powerful filters (trade, team, role), makes planning easier. Weather forecasts in the planning module allow you to adjust worksites according to expected conditions.

The duplication function lets you quickly plan for multiple days and workers. The main advantage, however, is its integration with site forms. From the planning view, you can generate a pre-filled form for the relevant day with one click, already containing the project, workers, and machines assigned. You then only need to fill in the hours worked and submit the report. This document is automatically fed into profitability tracking, added to the work log, and shared with relevant managers.

This synergy between planning and forms offers a significant boost in efficiency. It structures time tracking without adding administrative burden, while ensuring that site reports remain reliable. You gain better cost visibility and automate field data collection, reducing the risk of errors due to re-entry.

Among the upcoming features, you will soon benefit from planning notifications, offer-specific reporting, accounting allocation for Peppol invoices, and an automatic revision feature. These will continue to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of your operations.
