Purchases Module – simplifying communication with your partners

Managing price requests and offers is a central step in the construction sector. Until now, sending these documents was tied to the sender’s default address. With the October update, you can now choose the specific email address from which you want to send a price request or an offer.

This allows you, for example, to separate communications by department (purchasing, project management, management) or centralize them under a generic address, while keeping the flexibility needed when personalized exchanges are required. This feature not only improves the clarity of your communication but also contributes to better traceability of your outgoing mails.

In practice, you can use this feature when drafting your price request or offer, by selecting the supplier you want to send it to. Through the envelope icon, you can choose the recipient and the message to display.

Projects Module – a more intuitive cost analysis

In project management, understanding and controlling costs is essential to ensure profitability and the viability of your sites. Thanks to the update, cost analysis in projects now benefits from a clearer redirection to the recorded hours and corresponding forms.

Specifically, you can quickly access the necessary data to compare actual costs with the forecasts made beforehand. In the costs of your site, you can filter by cost type, staff hours or even equipment hours, then view the related forms and time entries in detail. This feature makes it easy to detect discrepancies, react quickly, and make well-informed strategic decisions.

Whether you are a site manager, financial officer, or project manager, this new approach offers you a consolidated view of expenses and resources. It reduces the risk of budget overruns and contributes to better planning of future projects.

Planning Module – strengthening communication and optimizing personnel management

Planning remains at the heart of site organization. To make this feature even more powerful, we have added two major enhancements.

The first concerns direct communication with your workers. From now on, when you create or modify a planning entry intended only for staff, you can send a message directly to the worker concerned. This shortens information delays, prevents misunderstandings, and enables maximum responsiveness on site.

The second improvement allows you to add multiple entities at once. This is particularly useful when you need to schedule several resources or teams simultaneously. Instead of repeating the same actions multiple times, you can now group your selections and save valuable time in preparing your schedules.

These two updates improve workflow and strengthen coordination between the various stakeholders of a project – whether workers, team leaders, or site managers.

Forms Module – more flexibility in adding files

Forms play a central role in collecting and tracking information. Until now, file uploads were limited to one file per input. With the update, you can now add multiple files to a form.

Add appendices to report

This improvement responds to the frequent needs of construction companies, which often have to attach several supporting documents for the same step: site photos, technical reports, certificates of compliance, etc. By grouping all these files into a single input, you simplify data entry, reduce the risk of missing attachments, and improve archiving.

Reports – a new print format for your order confirmations

Reports are an essential tool for internal and external communication. This month, we added a new report dedicated to printing the “Order Confirmation”.

This feature allows you to generate a clear, structured document ready to be shared with your business partners. It also guarantees uniformity in your administrative exchanges, strengthening the credibility and professionalism of your company.
When printing your offer, select the “Order Confirmation” format.

With this update, you save significant time in preparing your documents, while improving the quality of your business communication.

Configuration – simpler and more flexible print layouts

Customizing documents is a key concern for any company that wants to reflect its identity and strengthen its brand image. Thanks to the new options for configuring print layouts, you now have greater flexibility in managing appendices, headers, and other visual elements you want to include in your files.

In practice, this improvement allows you to more easily select the elements you want to include in your prints, depending on the context or recipient. Whether it’s an internal report, an invoice, or an offer, you can adapt your documents to each situation without losing time.

This simplification contributes to better graphic consistency and makes it easier to manage your document templates daily.
