Client Module – easily access all projects for a client
Managing client relationships is a key factor in project success. Now, the Client module offers a new feature allowing you to access all projects linked to a single client with one click.
This overview helps you better understand your collaboration history with partners, identify ongoing projects, and anticipate future needs.
Whether you are a sales manager, project coordinator, or administrator, this centralization improves visibility and ensures continuity across your different files. It also facilitates tracking client satisfaction and planning targeted commercial actions.
Transactions Module – a second tab for better control
Transaction tracking is at the heart of your projects’ financial management. In this update, a second tab has been added to the Transactions module, dedicated exclusively to unvalidated transactions.
This distinction is particularly useful for purchase invoices received via Peppol, as it isolates these transactions.
Thanks to this clear separation, you can now validate transactions at the right time, avoid duplicates, and ensure the accuracy of accounting data. This new workflow brings more transparency to purchase document processing and improves communication between finance and administrative departments.

Planning Module – duplicate an entire day with one click
Planning remains a central tool for organizing team work on-site. Until now, creating a similar plan over multiple days could be repetitive.
With the new full-day duplication option, you can quickly replicate task distribution, assigned personnel, and resources from one day to another.
This feature is especially useful when the same project or team follows a recurring schedule. You save valuable time while avoiding data entry errors. Planning a week or an entire period becomes simple, clear, and consistent in seconds.
Equipment Module – introducing maintenance
Maintaining and tracking equipment is often a challenge in daily operations. The Equipment module now includes a new maintenance section.
With this feature, you can record completed maintenance, schedule upcoming interventions, and maintain a full history for each piece of equipment.
This function extends the lifespan of your equipment, reduces unexpected breakdowns, and optimizes operating costs. It also enhances on-site safety by ensuring each machine is maintained according to manufacturer recommendations.
Actions Module – better linkage and more visibility
Tracking actions is essential for continuity across project phases. With the November update, you can now link an action to a specific location within a project section.
This improvement provides greater precision in task tracking and facilitates coordination between technical and administrative teams.
Additionally, in the daily summary, stop comments are now displayed directly.
This immediate visibility allows faster analysis of stoppage causes, helps anticipate delays, and improves team responsiveness. By centralizing this information, Hit-Online helps you maintain clear daily records and strengthens communication between the field and the office.
Forms Module – more control and customization
Forms are central to collecting information on your sites. Several updates enhance their functionality:
First, list-type inputs can now be set as mandatory using the required property. This means a form can only be validated if at least one line exists in the relevant list.
This ensures complete data entry, prevents omissions, and improves the quality of recorded information.
Next, submitting or reopening a form is now restricted to the form author or the support account.
This increases security and traceability, while preventing unwanted changes to already approved documents.
Additionally, Hit-Online now saves filters applied in tables by form type and user.
In other words, if you apply a filter (e.g., on personnel) when searching in a form, this filter will be saved and automatically applied the next time you fill out a form of the same type.
A significant time-saver for regular users!
Training Videos – direct access to the right chapter
Training videos are a great way to learn Hit-Online features. To make learning even easier, each video now includes a direct link to the corresponding chapter in the user manual.
This allows you to move instantly from video to full documentation without manually searching for the relevant section.

General – simplified module configuration
Finally, a subtler but useful improvement: the ability to add tags directly in tables for the different moduls.
