Transactions Module – smoother and more compliant invoicing
Peppol invoices: more complete and secure
To meet the growing requirements of electronic invoicing, new fields have been added to invoices.
They allow users to include additional information such as:
- order confirmation,
- structured communication,
- customer-specific references.

Result: better structured, fully compliant invoices with higher acceptance rates.
Précision accrue des prix unitaires
Afin de répondre aux besoins de facturation les plus précis, notamment pour les calculs au mètre, à l’heure ou à l’unité, les prix unitaires dans le module Transactions ont été améliorés. Il est désormais possible d’encoder des valeurs jusqu’à 4 décimales, garantissant des calculs plus exacts, une meilleure cohérence financière et une réduction des écarts liés aux arrondis.
Project-based invoicing
It is now possible to create a sales invoice directly linked to a project from the Transactions module.
By completing the “Project part” field, the related transactions are automatically associated.
A significant time-saver and improved consistency between operations and billing.
Immediate display of VAT-inclusive amounts
The VAT-inclusive (gross) amount is now displayed directly in the main transaction panel, providing instant clarity.
Structured communication on sales invoices
Sales invoices can now include structured communication, making payments and accounting reconciliation easier.
Automatic Peppol validation
When sending an invoice via Peppol, Hit-Online automatically verifies that the customer has either:
- a valid VAT number, or
- a registered company number.
This validation greatly reduces errors and rejected invoices.
Forms Module – smarter and more intuitive
Advanced day types
New day types (e.g. working day, public holiday) are available, particularly useful for time tracking forms.
Dynamic forms with conditional fields
Forms can now dynamically adapt to user input by showing or hiding fields based on previous answers.
This results in faster completion and fewer input errors.
Fixed descriptions per section
Each form section can include a fixed description or instruction, visible on screen and in printed documents.

Improved navigation
Navigation between form sections has been optimized for a smoother user experience.
Dossier Module – better control over offers
Secure offer acceptance
The “Accept offer” button converts an offer directly into a project and locks its value.
A clear and secure transition from offer to execution.
Default validity date
A default validity period can now be defined in the general configuration and is automatically applied when creating an offer.
Customer reference field
A new Customer reference field helps improve client communication and internal project tracking.
Copy roles between dossiers
Roles and responsibilities can be copied between dossiers, speeding up the creation of new projects.
Planning Module – enhanced visibility
Read-only planning mode
Users can view their personal schedule without being able to make changes.
This option is enabled via “Planning read access” in the user profile.
Search by customer (service mode)
Interventions can be quickly found by searching for the customer name, ideal for after-sales service.
Enriched planning view
The planning view now includes:
- customer details,
- address,
- tags.

Copy an entire day
A full day of planning can be copied and reused, simplifying recurring schedules.
General improvements
Clear all filters
A “Clear filters” button allows users to reset all active filters instantly.
Centralized deadline management
Deadlines can now be configured centrally, ensuring consistent use across the application.
Duplicate an offer
Existing offers can be duplicated, saving time when creating similar proposals.
