A series of three practical training sessions in Libramont

HIT-Online and Embuild invite you to three free morning training sessions designed to simplify the day-to-day management of your construction business: quotations, site monitoring, time records and attendance declarations.

Whether you already use HIT-Online or would like to discover the solution, each session offers practical working methods, illustrated with examples you can apply directly in the software. You can attend one or more sessions, depending on your needs.

Please note: all sessions in this series will be held in French.

Session 2 of 3 — Better communication between site and office

How can you collect the right information on site and make it useful to the office team? This second session helps you use site reports in HIT-Online to centralize data, track progress and make communication between your teams easier.

What we will cover:
• Understanding how to use site reports effectively.
• Identifying the information that needs to be reported from the field.
• Structuring communication between site teams and the office.
• Centralizing information on work progress.
• Using the collected data to monitor and analyse your projects.

The goal: have reliable, structured information to improve project monitoring and make coordination between site and office easier.
