Hit-Online supports interim invoices, final invoices and measurement-based invoices at unit prices. You select the line items to be invoiced from the project and the degree of completion — Hit-Online generates the invoice automatically, including the correct VAT rate (Belgium/Luxembourg). Since 2026 you can transmit the invoice electronically via PEPPOL at the click of a button.

In practice, your smartphone’s normal mobile network is sufficient — this is generally not an issue on most sites in Belgium and Luxembourg. For very remote sites without coverage, we recommend entering reports and hours shortly after returning to the vehicle or office.
