HIT-Online and Embuild invite you to three free morning training sessions designed to simplify the day-to-day management of your construction business: quotations, site monitoring, time records and attendance declarations.

Whether you already use HIT-Online or would like to discover the solution, each session offers practical working methods, illustrated with examples you can apply directly in the software. You can attend one or more sessions, depending on your needs.

Please note: all sessions in this series will be held in French.

Session 3 of 3 — Simplify time and attendance management

How can you manage employee work records and use recorded hours to monitor your projects more effectively? This third session helps you organize time tracking and attendance declarations in HIT-Online, while making administration and payroll data preparation easier.

What we will cover:
• Understanding how attendance declarations and Check In at Work operate.
• Identifying the people and situations concerned.
• Discovering how to manage Check In / Check Out through HIT-Online.
• Recording and using employee work records.
• Using recorded time and attendance to keep project profitability monitoring up to date.
• Making it easier to prepare the data needed for payroll processing.

The goal: simplify attendance and work record management while turning data from the field into useful information for administration and project profitability monitoring.
